Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders.

When will my order be delivered?

The orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. In normal circumstances the order will get delivered to you in 5-7 working days. If in an unlikely event, it takes longer, we will inform you of the same.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you receive a reply from Ladore, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.

Our quality check team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

What if I receive a different or a garment with any defect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.

What if I need a refund?

Sorry, we don’t give cash refunds.

Please Note - Additional charge of pick-up of return or exchange items in any of the above cases, except in the case of damaged/wrong goods received by the customer, shall be borne by the customer at a flat cost of Rs.100. Also, COD charges, if any, will not be refunded.
